Note: The Council on Occupational Education (COE) has taken adverse action regarding ISSNMT’s accreditation. While this action represents a decision by COE to withdraw the school’s accreditation, the matter is subject to COE’s established reconsideration and appeal procedures and is therefore not yet final while those available processes are being pursued. ISSNMT strongly disputes the basis for COE’s action and believes there are substantial grounds for reconsideration and appeal.

ISSNMT intends to vigorously challenge the decision by timely pursuing all available reconsideration and appeal rights. Under the applicable COE procedures, the school understands that the effect of the adverse action will be stayed while the timely request for reconsideration and, if necessary, the appeal is pending. Accordingly, ISSNMT will continue to operate and serve its students during this process in accordance with applicable COE, U.S. Department of Education, state, and other regulatory requirements. The school is committed to keeping students, faculty, and staff informed of material developments and will provide prompt notice if the institution’s status or operations change.
